About Nadia
Originally from Europe, with academic and professional experience in Canada and Australia, Nadia works with a diverse range of clients. Nadia’s focus is on how personal history influences established views and responses to present circumstances. She supports clients in uncovering destructive patterns of thought and behaviour, while encouraging and inspiring them to establish new and more adaptive habits.
Nadia offers individual adult therapy (18+) for clients feeling challenged by depression and anxiety, work-life balance, relating to others, navigating change, or coping with grief and loss. Nadia has a special interest in interpersonal relationships and leadership & team performance coaching. She is dedicated to empowering clients to think creatively, develop new skills, and enhance their quality of life by finding meaning through their experience.
Nadia has experience working in private practice, occupational rehabilitation and EAP services, and GP clinics. She offers expertise in multidisciplinary treatment methods including CBT, ACT, IPT, SFT, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), schema and psychodynamic therapies.
