About Jo
We all have a lived experience – our story - and if you are reading this it suggests there may be distress that is part of your lived experience.
Our stories define who we are, how we see ourselves and our place in the world.
Our stories…and distress…also keep us stuck.
If you are ready and willing to define a new story and to let go of the distress of the past, I would be honoured to support you.
