About Jessica

Every individual faces unique challenges, and seeking help is a courageous step. I'm genuinely excited to support you on this journey, providing a safe and welcoming space where you can find assistance tailored to your story and life. Finding a therapist who truly understands and values your experiences can be overwhelming. I'm grateful you're here. As a registered psychologist and a dedicated mother, my personal journey with trauma and an eating disorder fuels my passion to assist others facing their challenges. My professional path spans individual psychotherapy and employee assistance program counseling, primarily with adolescents and adults. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is key. I collaborate with you to identify concerns causing distress and find effective strategies for your growth. I avoid a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, using evidence-based techniques such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I advocate for individuals to be the architects of their own lives. My collaborative, strengths-based approach is centered on education, support, and empowerment, aiming to unlock your full potential. Trained in CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for addressing mental health needs.
