About Elena
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, trauma, family conflict, a chronic health condition, or stress, I can help. As a process-oriented psychologist, I work with clients to explore the root causes of their challenges, offering deeper understanding and lasting change. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing emotional pain, or seeking personal growth, my approach provides a safe, compassionate space where you can move at your own pace.
I have gained 20 years of clinical experience across community, hospital, education, and private practice settings in diverse locations across Australia, including the privilege of spending nearly two years in the Torres Strait. My professional journey has also taken me to Nepal, various parts of South East Asia, and a brief but impactful stint on Manus Island, Papua New Guinea.
I bring a warm, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the understanding that past experiences shape present emotions, behaviours, and relationships. With expertise in trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, and nervous system health, I help individuals recognise patterns that may be holding them back, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. As you heal, you'll not only develop a deeper connection with yourself but also cultivate more fulfilling, authentic relationships with others.
I offer a free initial consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. My goal is to provide personalised care that empowers you to regain balance, move forward with clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change in both your inner world and your relationships. Let’s work together toward healing, growth, and connection.
