About Lucinda
Lucinda is a warm and dedicated General Psychologist with a background in supporting adolescents and adults across school and community settings. She provides thoughtful and effective support to individuals navigating a range of mental health challenges, and is committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
Lucinda’s practice draws on evidence-based frameworks including Trauma-focused CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, IFS and Narrative Therapy. She has a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and complex life stressors.
