I have a solution-focused, holistic approach, which has been extremely successful over the past 20 years of counselling. The emphasis is on cognitive, philosophical, and lifestyle changes. I empower people, through helping them to understand the importance of their thoughts and emotions, and their ability to make changes in their lives, which will lead to mental health and happiness.
I can help you with Marriage Counselling, Family Counselling, All other Relationships -including same sex - Communication, Conflict Resolution, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Phobias, Addictive Behaviours; such as alcohol and cigarettes, Self Esteem, and Anger Management; including Anger Management Courses for Court purposes.The modalities I have found to be successful are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. I have a Positive Psychology approach and incorporate positive universal philosophies , and my own personal experiences to help empower and heal.
